Delivery and payment

DELIVERY

The goods are shipped within 3-7 working days from the readiness date.

  • Pickup: You can pick up your order from the factory warehouse in Kyiv on working days (please coordinate the time and address with our manager when placing the order).
  • Courier delivery in Kyiv: our transport carries out delivery; the cost is UAH 450 to the entrance. Lifting and installation services are agreed upon with the manager when ordering.
  • Courier delivery in the Kyiv region: our transport carries out delivery; the cost is UAH 450+UAH20/1 km from Kyiv city lane. Lifting and installation services are agreed upon with the manager when ordering.
  • Delivery across Ukraine: we cooperate with Myst Express and Nova Poshta delivery services. The cost of bed delivery by the Myst Express delivery service is fixed and amounts to UAH 1,600 per product unit. Delivery by Nova Poshta is calculated according to the carrier's tariffs.
  • Delivery across Europe: we cooperate with logistics companies and ship from our storage to your place. Shipping costs depend on the destination and volume of the order. For calculaction, please get in touch with us via email: admin@woodsoft.com.ua

PAYMENT

You can pay for the order in any convenient way for you:

  • When placing an order (in Ukraine) advance payment is 10% of the cost of the product.
  • Payment to the bank account (in Ukraine): agreed with the manager during the order placement.
  • Payment in cash or through a terminal (in Ukraine): you can pay for your purchase directly in our showroom at the address of st. Zolotoustivska 34, Kyiv.
  • Rescheduling (in Ukraine): possibility of rescheduling from Monobank for up to 3 months.
